Sr Enterprise Account Exec, Cybersecurity (SLED)

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on cybersecurity solutions for the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector. This is a remote position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where you'll lead enterprise-level sales initiatives and build strategic partnerships that help public sector organizations strengthen their security posture and operational resilience.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Cybersecurity, you'll manage a territory of high-value prospects and customers in the government and education sectors. You'll be at the intersection of complex technology sales and meaningful public-sector impact, building relationships that span multiple stakeholders and procurement cycles. Your success will directly enable government agencies, school districts, and universities to address their most pressing cybersecurity and operational challenges.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise SLED prospects and existing customers
• Lead discovery, demonstrations, and negotiations with public-sector decision-makers and technical leaders
• Build pipeline through prospecting, networking, and pursuit of competitive opportunities
• Collaborate with solutions engineers, sales engineers, and implementation teams to deliver customer value
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within CRM systems

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven SLED or public-sector expertise
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota in territory management roles
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance requirements, and workflow automation
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to engage in modest travel within your territory as needed
