Insurance Specialist (Sales)

Radius Limited is recruiting a full-time Insurance Specialist (Sales) for its Galway office. In this role, you'll work directly with clients across the insurance market, driving sales and building long-term relationships whilst developing your expertise in insurance products and services.

What You'll Do

• Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients to build and expand the customer base
• Present insurance products and bespoke solutions matched to each client's specific requirements
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout their policy lifecycle
• Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs whilst contributing to team performance objectives
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and guidance
• Accurately process applications, documentation, and policy administration
• Handle client enquiries professionally and resolve issues with responsiveness and care
• Stay current with insurance market trends and regulatory requirements affecting sales

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Natural ability to build rapport and close sales with diverse clients
• Demonstrated competence working independently and within team structures
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous learning and developing insurance sector knowledge
• Full UK or Irish driving licence (desirable for client site visits)
