CEO, AI Finance

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client in their search for a CEO, AI Finance to build and lead an AI-native finance business unit. This is a rare opportunity to define strategy, own P&L, and create consumer financial products from the ground up in a remote setting.

This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and consumer finance, requiring someone who can identify where AI fundamentally improves how people manage money and can execute on that vision across spending, saving, investing, and everyday financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and business model for AI-native financial services
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost, or speed
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience
• Build and lead core teams across product, technology, operations, and commercial functions
• Drive expansion into new financial products and markets as the business scales

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services, or technology products
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business, or P&L in previous roles
• Deep understanding of consumer finance, business models, and unit economics
• Strong product judgment and understanding of how AI can transform existing financial workflows
• Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments
• Hands-on operating style with ability to work directly through product development, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems
