Position Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a motivated Janitorial Maintenance professional to maintain our Lancaster, Ontario location. In this part-time role, you'll ensure our facility meets high cleanliness and sanitation standards through regular maintenance, cleaning, and grounds care. This position offers flexible part-time hours for someone who takes pride in keeping their workspace organized and hygienic.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all facility areas, including customer zones, restrooms, and employee spaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the building and grounds
• Empty trash and recycling containers, and dispose of waste properly
• Restock restroom supplies and perform routine restroom maintenance
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain tools in good working order
• Remove spills and debris promptly to maintain safety
• Follow company protocols for chemical handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to management

Requirements

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and understanding safety procedures
• Basic communication skills and a positive attitude
