Position Summary

As a Janitorial Maintenance team member at Pilot Company, you will play a vital role in keeping our facilities clean, organized, and sanitary. Working in our Paducah, KY travel center, you'll ensure that every guest experiences a well-maintained environment. This is a full-time position that offers steady work and the chance to be part of a dedicated hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
• Maintain janitorial supply inventory and report shortages
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain equipment in good working order
• Follow established safety and sanitation protocols
• Respond to maintenance requests and address facility needs promptly
