Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments in the oncology gynecological clinic
• Collect vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and respiratory rate
• Prepare patients for medical procedures and treatments, ensuring comfort and understanding
• Document patient information, medical histories, and clinical observations in electronic health records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment following infection control protocols
• Manage patient flow, scheduling coordination, and appointment preparation
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide compassionate communication throughout care
• Support clinical efficiency by restocking supplies and maintaining equipment

What You Bring

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical qualification
• Knowledge of oncology or gynecological procedures and patient care protocols
• Strong proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining patient safety
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
• Compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse patient populations
• Physical ability to stand, move, and assist patients throughout shifts
