Women’s Mental Health Therapist – Pennsylvania

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide specialized care to women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and menopausal transitions. This remote, part-time contract role offers 10-30 hours per week and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved area of mental health care.

Our client integrates evidence-based virtual mental health services into medical practices, utilizing a collaborative care model to ensure comprehensive support for patients during critical life stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions to patients using secure virtual platforms
• Conduct comprehensive psychological intake assessments for referred patients to inform treatment planning
• Document patient progress thoroughly and share treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other care team members
• Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients requiring more intensive or specialized interventions
• Develop and deliver post-session care plans with actionable insights and follow-up steps for patients

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active, independent mental health license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
• Ability to practice without clinical supervision

Strongly Preferred:

• Formal perinatal, perimenopause, or menopause mental health training, OR
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or perimenopausal/menopausal patients
• Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) or certification in treatment of perimenopause/menopause populations

Skills and Attributes:

• Passion for improving women's mental healthcare delivery and serving vulnerable populations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and innovative treatment approaches
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual care delivery models

Pay
