Werkstudent Grafik Design (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential GreenTech scale-up in Berlin seeking a working student in graphic design to support their marketing team with day-to-day design operations. You'll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams while gaining hands-on experience developing corporate identity and creating engaging content across multiple channels.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing social media content and marketing materials for digital and print campaigns
• Creating diverse communication assets including flyers, presentations, promotional materials, merchandise, and other print and digital media
• Contributing to landing page design and digital campaign development
• Supporting the evolution and maintenance of corporate design standards
• Organizing and maintaining design files, templates, and media libraries
• Conducting image research and editorial work for campaigns and projects
• Participating in daily design operations with room to contribute your own creative ideas

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or comparable degree program
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva
• Strong sense for typography, layout, and visual design
• Interest in branding and corporate design
• Careful, structured, and reliable work approach
• Self-initiative and enthusiasm for contributing ideas
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn
• German language proficiency for this Berlin-based role

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in branding or corporate design
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles
• Interest in social media, marketing, and digital products
• Curiosity about AI-supported design workflows and emerging tools
