Werkstudent – B2B Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction technology client in Berlin who is seeking a working student to support their B2B sales function. In this role, you will:

• Research and identify new potential clients including general contractors, property developers, and project developers through tender platforms, industry portals, and independent research
• Conduct outreach via email to introduce our client's services as a specialized partner for construction projects
• Make outbound phone calls to decision-makers with the goal of securing invitations to participate in current and upcoming tenders
• Qualify leads by evaluating which contacts and projects are most relevant, maintaining structured records in the sales pipeline
• Support the sales process by maintaining contact with qualified leads, following up, coordinating document exchanges, and assisting the team through to proposal submission
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, research methods, and follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in business, communications, technical studies, or related field—your attitude and approach matter more than your specific major
• Genuine enthusiasm for communication: comfortable with phone calls, able to write clearly, and professional yet personable in demeanor
• Structured, independent working style with reliability in managing contacts and follow-up tasks
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Interest in the construction industry and electrical engineering is welcome, though prior knowledge is not necessary
• Flexible schedule that accommodates student commitments
