About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy organization based in Bakum, Germany. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical initiatives in sustainable energy infrastructure from concept through completion.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a company committed to environmental innovation and circular resource management, developing modern energy solutions across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage technical projects independently from conceptualization through final acceptance
- Oversee retrofit, optimization, and expansion projects for energy facilities
- Develop technical solutions while maintaining budget accountability
- Ensure transparent project workflows with continuous status and quality monitoring
- Create project plans and lead project teams to meet defined objectives and timelines
- Coordinate commissioning and acceptance processes
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical apprenticeship with further qualification as Techniker/Meister, or technical degree
- Strong technical understanding and genuine interest in renewable energy systems
- Experience in project management, plant construction, or the renewable energy sector (preferred)
- Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance procedures (desirable)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills and organizational talent
- Valid Class B driver's license
- German language proficiency required for this position
