Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key product area within a leading commerce platform. This role operates with high autonomy, tackling ambiguous problems and bringing cross-functional teams together around a shared vision. You'll leverage AI-powered capabilities to shape the next generation of commerce technology for major retailers and brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision for a major eCommerce platform, leveraging AI-first approaches to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and delivery
• Synthesize qualitative inputs including client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback using AI tools to identify themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient business processes and align client needs with internal objectives
• Drive roadmap prioritization independently, making decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs while incorporating AI-assisted insights and data exploration
• Leverage AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows prior to engineering investment
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, testing, QA, change management, and adoption tracking
• Use AI to accelerate product documentation workflows while exercising strong editorial judgment and maintaining quality
• Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and manage product release cycles
• Serve as the voice and champion of clients; triage incoming requests with urgency and build trust-based relationships
• Lead and influence stakeholders across functional teams to ensure successful delivery at fast velocity with high validation and QA standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to gain buy-in and alignment on product strategies and initiatives
• Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support faster, evidence-based product decisions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven product management experience within the SaaS industry with complex enterprise-level products, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace platforms
• Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms
• Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including goal-setting, measuring results, and quantifying feature impact
• Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems
• Proven experience supporting team-based projects with focus on alignment and contributing to technical teams
• Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into structured themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs
• Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools to validate ideas before engineering investment
• Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows while maintaining high quality and editorial judgment
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based decisions
• Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective stakeholder communication
• Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and product analytics tools
• Experience collaborating with large enterprise clients
• Positive, growth-oriented mindset with strong bias to action
• Strong and concise written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to any audience
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree
• 5+ years of product management experience
• PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in eCommerce
• Intrapreneurial or founder mindset
• Experience working on a global product management team
