About This Position

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy for EVERSANA. You'll drive brand awareness, manage internal and external communications, and lead a team that elevates the company's visibility across its target markets. Operating remotely from Chicago, you'll report to senior leadership and serve as a key strategist in positioning EVERSANA's offerings and company culture to diverse audiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and market opportunities
• Lead the marketing and communications team, managing budgets, performance metrics, and talent development
• Manage corporate communications, media relations, thought leadership, and brand messaging across all channels
• Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, website optimization, and campaign execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to inform strategy
• Report on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact to executive leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of marketing and communications experience in leadership roles
• Proven track record building and managing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and corporate communications
• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and measure impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
