Personal Trainer, Aventura

Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to deliver transformative fitness experiences at our Aventura location. This is a full-time opportunity to work with motivated clients in one of South Florida's premier fitness facilities.

The Opportunity

Join our team as a Personal Trainer where you'll design and lead customized training programs that help clients achieve their wellness goals. At our Aventura club, you'll work with a diverse clientele in a sophisticated fitness environment, building lasting relationships while coaching individuals through strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and lifestyle optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized workout plans tailored to each client's fitness level, goals, and preferences
• Provide expert instruction and form correction during training sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition fundamentals, and sustainable fitness habits
• Maintain a professional, engaging presence and build a strong client base through excellent service
• Stay current with fitness trends and continuously expand your knowledge in exercise science

Who We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Equinox's luxury brand standards
• Passion for fitness and a genuine commitment to helping others transform their health
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
