Senior Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce technology client in search of a Senior Analytics Consultant to join their Analytics Services team. This remote role will focus on the EMEA region and requires someone who can bridge analytical expertise with practical business applications in fraud prevention and trust solutions.

In this position, you will:

• Collaborate with major global retail clients to address their unique analytical challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Snowflake DB and Kibana to extract actionable insights that drive business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and strategic approaches across multiple product offerings
• Monitor industry trends, emerging fraud threats, and advancements in prevention technologies
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and internal Analytics teams to maximize value for strategic accounts

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a seasoned analytics professional with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analytics
• Background in client-facing analytics or professional services, preferably within enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• SQL proficiency is required; Python experience is a plus
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Track record of leading analytical projects from start to finish
• Proactive, strategic mindset when addressing client needs and challenges
• Experience in fraud prevention analytics is advantageous
• Prior customer-facing interaction experience is a plus
