Client Solutions Director (Advertising & Creative Operations)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global agency partner in their search for a Client Solutions Director to lead advertising and creative operations across EMEA markets. Based primarily in Germany with regular travel across the region, you'll bridge commercial strategy, technical implementation, and client success during critical pitch and onboarding phases.

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension, offering the opportunity to shape how a sophisticated agency ecosystem delivers tailored solutions for major brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis for new client accounts, translating business needs into actionable workflows for both client-facing and technical teams
• Document and scope client requirements with precision, ensuring accurate cost and timeline estimates
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client outcomes
• Design commercial models and operational solutions that align with broader business strategy
• Manage new client pitches from discovery through handoff to implementation teams, ensuring smooth transitions
• Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment across functions
• Analyze data to support decision-making and establish measurement frameworks for new client engagements
• Create reports and presentations that convey findings, recommendations, and solution proposals to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in solution design, process optimization, operations, technical consulting, or related roles within advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content environments
• Fluency in German or Spanish (required for this regional role)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence leading conversations during high-stakes pitches and client onboarding
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets, teams, and time zones
• Experience building commercial models that support complex creative and production workflows
