Position Summary

As General Manager at this Domino's location, you'll lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, from food preparation and delivery to staff management and financial performance. You'll report to the Domino's franchise or corporate team while managing a dedicated crew committed to delivering hot, made-to-order pizza and exceptional service to our Exton community. This role demands strategic thinking, operational know-how, and the ability to inspire and develop your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including production, delivery, customer service, and inventory management
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of delivery drivers, in-store staff, and shift leaders
• Monitor food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and local health regulations
• Manage P&L statements, control costs, and work toward revenue targets and profitability goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, handling feedback and resolving concerns promptly
• Coordinate with Domino's corporate support and participate in promotional campaigns and new product launches
• Schedule staff, manage labor budgets, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace

What You Bring

• Proven track record managing a restaurant or retail location, ideally in quick-service food
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills; ability to motivate and develop staff
• Outstanding customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and food service operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Domino's systems and brand values is a plus
