Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding their AI-powered investment platform across Asia. Our talent team is searching for a Product Lead who can take ownership of key product areas and ship user-focused features that simplify complex financial workflows.

This is a remote position based in Hong Kong. Candidates must already be located in Hong Kong to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for specific areas within the AI stockbroking platform
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver cohesive product experiences
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer journeys
• Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to inform product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous iterations
• Make strategic trade-offs balancing speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in a similar product execution role
• Strong product intuition and ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers to ship production-ready products
• Comfort working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning cycles
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive work independently with minimal guidance
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills required for global team collaboration
• Must be based in Hong Kong
