About This Position

As Assistant Manager at Domino's in Yukon, you'll support and grow our store operations while leading and developing our team members. This full-time role combines hands-on involvement in daily operations with the responsibility of ensuring every customer receives the quality and service they expect from Domino's. You'll work collaboratively with your store management team to achieve sales targets, maintain operational standards, and create a workplace where your team wants to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and in-store customer service
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent service and food quality standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations and cost control
• Handle cash management, payment processing, and cash drawer reconciliation
• Monitor food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Support opening and closing procedures, including facility checks and security protocols
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and performance management of team staff
• Respond to customer concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Contribute to store sales performance and participate in local marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant management, food service, or customer-facing team leadership
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Physical capability to perform tasks including standing for extended periods and handling food
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction
