General Manager – 4319 Kingwood Drive

About the Role

As General Manager of this Domino's franchise location, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations from opening to closing. You'll lead scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and customer satisfaction initiatives while maintaining food safety standards and company policies. This position requires hands-on involvement in the day-to-day running of the store, including manning the counter, coordinating delivery routes, and stepping in wherever the business needs you most.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of delivery drivers, pizza makers, and customer service staff
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, hiring, and performance evaluations
• Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and profitability; implement cost-control measures
• Ensure all pizzas and menu items meet Domino's quality standards before leaving the location
• Oversee delivery operations, route optimization, and on-time performance metrics
• Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen and dining environment
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Execute marketing promotions and community engagement initiatives for the Kingwood area

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or delivery-focused environments
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform operational tasks as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus
