About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in Brazil that is experiencing significant growth in the food service technology sector. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their Product team and drive go-to-market strategies for a rapidly scaling platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, and significant enhancements
- Create clear communication plans aligned to different customer profiles, channels, and journey stages
- Design communication and engagement strategies that drive feature adoption and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the bridge between Product and other departments (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Support), ensuring consistent communication of features and incidents
- Collaborate with Product Managers on initiative prioritization, bringing insights from market analysis, competitive research, and customer needs
- Structure and optimize processes, workflows, and customer communication channels (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, help center, etc.)
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for launches, communications, and departmental performance
- Ensure product communication reflects brand positioning, delivery value, and differentiation strategy
- Support the product team in creating materials for training, internal alignment, and roadmap presentations
- Conduct research and gather customer feedback to refine messaging and improve the communication journey across touchpoints
- Analyze market trends, competition, and user needs to inform positioning and strategies
- Support partner communication initiatives and strengthen those relationships
- Actively contribute to building and evolving Product Marketing processes within the Product organization
- Demonstrate creativity and collaboration while adapting to a dynamic, fast-growth environment
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar functions, with focus on go-to-market strategies and product communication
- Complete higher education degree in related fields
- Experience at technology companies, preferably with B2B SaaS products
- Strong writing and communication skills, with ability to transform technical concepts into clear, attractive, value-oriented customer messages
- Ability to structure and improve communication processes focused on experience and engagement
- Familiarity with communication channels and tools (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, CRMs, automation platforms)
- Experience defining and tracking product marketing metrics and KPIs for feature adoption
- Analytical capacity to generate insights from usage data, interviews, research, and benchmarks
- Experience in early-stage environments or lean teams, with ownership in defining and executing processes
- Strategic profile, autonomous, with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Availability for occasional office visits (frequency to be determined)
- Portuguese fluency required for this Brazil-based role
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building Product Marketing teams or departments from the ground up
- Familiarity with communication and automation tools such as HubSpot and Zapier
- Experience with customer research methodologies (NPS, CSAT) and practical application of learnings in communication and product
- Knowledge of product metrics and usage behavior (activation, adoption, churn, engagement)
- Familiarity with usage analysis tools (Google Analytics, Pendo, Amplitude, or similar)
- Working knowledge of presentation and visual materials design (Figma, Canva, PowerPoint)
