Vendor Operations Coordinator – German Speaking

Delivery Hero is seeking a Vendor Operations Coordinator in Budapest, HU for a full-time remote position. You'll manage vendor relationships, coordinate merchant onboarding, and deliver exceptional support in German and English.

Role Overview

As a Vendor Operations Coordinator at Delivery Hero, you'll be the backbone of our vendor success operations team. In this remote role, you'll handle day-to-day coordination with restaurant and merchant partners, resolve operational challenges quickly, and ensure smooth collaboration between vendors and our internal teams. Your German language skills will be essential as you serve our German-speaking vendor community, while your English fluency supports collaboration across our international organisation. You'll work independently from your location, contributing to Delivery Hero's mission of connecting people with their favourite local restaurants and food merchants.

Your Responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant and merchant partners, guiding them through setup, documentation, compliance, and systems training
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, operational questions, and escalations in German and English
• Manage vendor documentation, contracts, and agreement administration to ensure compliance and clarity
• Monitor and analyse vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and providing constructive feedback
• Liaise between vendors and internal departments including finance, support, and operations to resolve challenges
• Maintain vendor communication channels through email, phone, and messaging platforms with professionalism and responsiveness
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to enhancing vendor satisfaction and retention

What You Bring

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for professional communication
• Experience in vendor management, customer success, operations support, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional approach
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage your own time effectively
• Problem-solving mindset, patience, and genuine commitment to vendor success and satisfaction
• Experience with CRM systems, vendor management tools, or similar software is advantageous
