Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential business process outsourcing organization with operations across multiple countries. We're seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to join their Manila-based team.

This role is ideal for driven sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. You'll be making outbound calls, connecting customers with solutions, and contributing to a dynamic team where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
• Tailor solutions to customer needs and handle objections professionally
• Close sales effectively and meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Follow up on leads and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Stay current on product updates, promotions, and service offerings
• Work in a professional office environment using computer systems and telephone headset

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with proven ability to negotiate
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the Philippines
• Willingness to submit to background screening and drug testing
