About the Role

This full-time Warehouse Supervisor position sits within our Operations and Distribution division, offering hands-on leadership of warehouse operations in Bolton. You'll oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with operational standards, and contribute directly to the smooth flow of goods through our facility. Core Duties

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet operational targets and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse organisation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures throughout the facility
• Optimise warehouse workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
• Manage dispatch and receipt of goods, maintaining documentation and records
• Train and support team members to maintain high standards of performance
• Report on warehouse metrics and operational issues to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and health and safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic IT competency
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
