Core Duties

  • Conduct process audits and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce waste
  • Prepare detailed reports for management, translating operational data into strategic insights
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and implement control measures
  • Support the rollout of new procedures and systems, ensuring smooth adoption across teams
  • Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an operations, finance, or controller role, ideally within food service, hospitality, or a comparable sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business software
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail and organisational capability to manage multiple priorities
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) essential; accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or similar) desirable
