Creative Producer – Remote

We are representing a confidential national nonprofit organization in their search for a Creative Producer to join their creative operations team. This fully remote role serves as a critical link between creative teams, marketing partners, and project stakeholders—ensuring campaigns and content move smoothly from concept through delivery.

Our client is seeking someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operations: a collaborative facilitator who understands the creative process deeply while maintaining the organizational rigor needed to deliver high-quality work on time and on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Operations leadership and Creative Directors to align scope, timelines, and creative expertise across cross-departmental projects
• Coordinate day-to-day creative workflow, maintaining visibility into project status, dependencies, and deliverables
• Manage development and production of multi-channel marketing efforts including TV, radio, print, digital video, social media, websites, banners, and experiential initiatives
• Participate in creative development and production meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, milestones, and final deliverables
• Interface with Marketing Project Managers and marketing leaders to keep projects on track and meeting agreed-upon expectations
• Provide clear operational support to creative teams—defining tasks, deliverables, and next steps while removing obstacles to progress
• Support implementation of new workflow solutions and continuous improvement initiatives across Creative Operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in creative production, creative operations, or project management at a creative agency or in-house team
• Strong understanding of creative and production processes across print, digital, video, social, and experiential channels
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, creative teams, marketing partners, and operational leaders
• Experience managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance operational discipline with flexibility and respect for creative workflows
• Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities

Location: Fully remote, home-based anywhere in the United States

Travel: Approximately 5–10% for organizational meetings and cross-departmental workshops
