Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse operational reports and metrics for senior management and stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Liaise between front-office teams, back-office systems, and compliance functions
- Support the resolution of operational issues and escalations as they arise
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in middle office operations, trade finance, or related financial operations roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheet modelling, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Experience with international trade finance or development finance is advantageous
