About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile app company that has achieved remarkable global reach in the music and wellness technology space. Our talent team is seeking a Creative Producer to drive performance marketing creative strategy for their music education platform. This is a fully remote position where you'll own the creative testing process and work directly with user acquisition teams to scale winning concepts across Meta, Google, and emerging ad platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute creative strategy by continuously testing new hypotheses, concepts, and messaging approaches
  • Identify and validate new user personas, triggers, and pain points through systematic creative testing
  • Develop fresh hooks and angles that resonate with core audiences and drive engagement
  • Monitor ad performance dashboards, analyze creative metrics, and scale successful concepts using data-driven methodology
  • Conduct competitor research by tracking active ad libraries, identifying market trends, and drawing strategic inspiration
  • Stay current with social media trends (TikTok, Reels) and global performance marketing best practices
  • Manage end-to-end creative production for paid social and display networks
  • Write clear, structured creative briefs for motion and graphic designers
  • Provide constructive feedback to creative teams to ensure quality and speed of delivery
  • Collaborate with product and user acquisition teams to highlight key features and align creative with performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Marketer, or similar role in performance marketing
  • Experience with mobile apps or EdTech is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret UA metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS, IPM)
  • Hands-on experience working with analytics dashboards such as Tableau
  • Deep understanding of paid social platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and AppLovin
  • Knowledge of creative formats, best practices, and platform-specific guidelines
  • Proven ability to write technical briefs and communicate effectively with designers
  • Strategic mindset that turns research, user insights, and trends into high-converting creative concepts
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
