Responsibilities

- Identify and execute opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTV
- Manage mobile app functionality including onboarding flows, paywalls, subscription mechanics, content delivery, and engagement loops
- Build and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and creative teams
- Conduct product discovery through user behavior analysis, market research, competitor analysis, support feedback, and product analytics
- Write clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment briefs
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, retention, and monetization
- Track product metrics, draw data-driven conclusions, and make ship/iterate/kill decisions
- Collaborate with user acquisition, product marketing, creative, ASO, and growth teams to optimize the full funnel

- Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android app development processes
- Strong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization models
- Proven track record improving metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, activation, or engagement
- Experience working with cross-functional mobile product teams including engineers, designers, QA, analytics, marketing, and leadership
- Strong analytical capabilities: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and experiment interpretation
- Comfort working with ambiguity, defining priorities, and moving initiatives forward independently
- Experience writing clear product requirements and leading initiatives through the full lifecycle from discovery through iteration
- English proficiency sufficient for working with international teams and analyzing global market references
