Buchhalter – Teilzeit 20-25h (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing client in Groß-Gerau seeking a part-time Buchhalter (Accountant) for 20-25 hours per week. Working days can be arranged as full days or half-days to suit your schedule.

In this role, you will:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Process and oversee ongoing business transactions
• Prepare documentation for payroll processing
• Administer payment processing and settlement procedures
• Create reports and statistics for various external institutions
• Maintain communication with the tax office

Required qualifications:

• Completed degree or commercial training with focus on finance/accounting, or qualification as a tax specialist (Steuerfachangestellte/r)
• Several years of relevant experience in accounting
• Professional proficiency with MS Office products and ERP systems
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Independent working style and open personality
• High degree of accuracy, reliability, and discretion
