We're seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking chaplain to expand our capacity to serve Atlanta's diverse community. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral visitation and spiritual counsel to individuals, families, and workplace groups in assigned locations
• Conduct confidential conversations offering emotional and spiritual support during crises, grief, and life transitions
• Offer prayers, blessings, and spiritual guidance aligned with clients' faith traditions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of pastoral interactions and client needs
• Collaborate with care teams, employers, and community resources to address holistic needs
• Represent Marketplace Chaplains with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and respect for diverse beliefs

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual ability in Spanish and English (required)
• Active ordination, license, or credentials from a recognized faith tradition
• Demonstrated experience in pastoral care, spiritual counseling, or related ministry
• Ability to work flexible, variable hours based on client and chaplain availability
• Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and commitment to confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and ability to serve people of all backgrounds and beliefs
