What You'll Do

• Provide pastoral counseling and spiritual guidance to employees across various workplace settings
• Offer compassionate support during times of crisis, grief, or personal difficulty
• Serve clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring bilingual accessibility to all services
• Build trusting relationships with workplace communities and foster a culture of care
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with clients and management to understand and address workplace chaplaincy needs

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
• Formal chaplaincy credential or equivalent spiritual training and certification
• Demonstrated experience in pastoral care, counseling, or spiritual ministry
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse workplace environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine commitment to serving others
• Availability for part-time work in the Sacramento and Cameron Park area
