As a Bilingual Spanish Chaplain in Idaho Falls, you'll be the caring frontline presence for employees at the companies Marketplace Chaplains serves. This on-site, full-time position is built for someone who finds genuine purpose in walking alongside others, listening well, and offering steady support to a Spanish-speaking and English-speaking workforce alike. Please note that while scheduled hours tend to stay consistent week to week, there are no guaranteed minimum hours, and the workload can shift based on chaplain availability and the needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusting, ongoing relationships with employees through regular on-site visits in the Idaho Falls area.
• Provide confidential, compassionate care and a listening ear to people facing personal or work-related challenges.
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to serve a diverse workforce.
• Offer encouragement and practical support during life events, hardships, and everyday moments.
• Respond to client and employee needs with reliability, discretion, and warmth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken Spanish and English is required for this role.
• A heart for serving people and a sincere belief in the value of caring for others.
• Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills, with the ability to keep matters confidential.
