About the Role
As a Master Technician specializing in Porsche, you'll own complex diagnostic and repair work on some of the automotive world's most sophisticated and rewarding vehicles. This hands-on leadership role within our technical team values your deep knowledge of Porsche engineering, proven track record of customer satisfaction, and commitment to setting the shop standard for quality and precision.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and comprehensive repair of Porsche engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrain components
- Execute suspension, brake, and climate control services to exacting Porsche factory specifications
- Lead diagnostic troubleshooting for complex performance and reliability issues
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and communicate findings clearly with customers
- Mentor junior technicians and uphold shop standards for quality and operational efficiency
- Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins, software updates, and evolving diagnostic technology
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on expertise in Porsche diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across multiple model lines
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent advanced automotive credentials
- Minimum 7+ years of automotive technology experience with substantial Porsche specialization
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic equipment and modern scan tools
- Strong problem-solving approach and unwavering commitment to first-time quality
- Excellent communication and customer-focused work ethic
