About the Role

As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside our lead educators to create a safe, engaging classroom where children thrive. This role combines hands-on child care with meaningful interaction, helping you gain direct experience in early childhood education while making a real difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Support classroom activities, lesson implementation, and learning experiences under the direction of lead teachers
• Maintain clean, organized classroom spaces and follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and rest time
• Observe and document child progress, sharing observations with lead teachers and families
• Comply with all state licensing requirements and Learning Care Group company policies
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
