Role Overview
As an Auto Service Advisor at Kunes Auto in Galesburg, you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service recommendations
- Process service orders and maintain detailed customer records
- Stay current on vehicle systems and automotive service procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a service team
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software
- Knowledge of automotive service and maintenance, or willingness to develop expertise
