The Opportunity

Your role is to build and scale the technology operations that protect our ecosystem. You'll oversee systems and processes designed to identify suspicious seller activity, prevent fraud, and maintain the trust our customers place in every transaction. Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize technology systems that detect and mitigate seller-related risks, from account abuse to fulfillment violations
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate seller behavior patterns and implement preventive controls
• Develop operational playbooks and escalation procedures to respond quickly to emerging marketplace threats
• Analyze risk data and metrics to guide policy decisions and system improvements
• Collaborate with legal, customer service, and engineering to align risk strategy with business objectives
• Mentor your team and foster a culture of proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in technology operations, risk management, or related disciplines
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational change
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with risk frameworks, fraud detection, or compliance systems
• Experience with data analysis tools and the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
