About the Role

As a Licensed Athletic Trainer, you'll be the primary healthcare provider for student-athletes, managing injury prevention, emergency care, and rehabilitation programs. This role is essential to keeping our athletes healthy and competing at their best throughout the school year.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement injury prevention strategies for athletic programs across multiple sports seasons
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic athletic injuries using clinical assessment and evidence-based protocols
• Provide immediate care for sports-related injuries and medical emergencies on the sideline and in clinic
• Work collaboratively with coaching staff, physicians, and family members to ensure continuity of athlete care
• Maintain detailed records of athlete health evaluations, treatment plans, and rehabilitation progress
• Manage athletic training equipment, facilities, and supplies to maintain safe training environments

What You Bring

• Washington State Athletic Trainer License (or equivalent state certification required)
• Certification from the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) or equivalent credential
• Strong knowledge of injury assessment, treatment protocols, and athletic health standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse student populations
• Physical capability to support athletic training operations and provide hands-on care
