Role Overview

You'll operate your own commercial vehicle on established regional routes, hauling dry van freight across Arkansas and surrounding territories. As an owner operator with Nayhoose Logistics, you maintain and manage your truck while we provide the freight, dispatch support, and logistics infrastructure. The position is available to start immediately, with competitive weekly compensation structured around your experience and performance.

What You'll Do

• Execute regional dry van hauls on scheduled routes, meeting all pickup and delivery commitments
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any mechanical concerns
• Maintain strict compliance with Department of Transportation safety regulations and hours-of-service requirements
• Manage routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive care for your equipment
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and logistics coordinators
• Track and document miles, fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and business costs

Who We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT medical certification
• Demonstrated experience operating commercial vehicles on regional routes
• Your own well-maintained dry van, or the financial means to secure one
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and compliance procedures
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and professional work ethic
• Ability to manage the business side of owner operator work: fuel, maintenance, expenses, and scheduling
