The Opportunity

Schwan's Company is actively hiring route sales and delivery professionals who are ready to make an impact. You'll represent trusted, beloved brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizzas, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® premium desserts, and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. As a member of our route sales team, you'll help retail partners stock their shelves with products families rely on every day, while growing sales in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen food products to retail locations along your assigned route
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners
• Take customer orders and manage order fulfillment accurately and on time
• Stock shelves, manage product placement, and maintain attractive product displays
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product offerings within your territory
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to each retail partner
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and product handling standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Proven sales ability and track record of building customer relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and handle product cases regularly
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Organized approach to managing routes, inventory, and customer accounts
• Self-motivated with a collaborative team mindset
