What You'll Do
- Formulate and optimize flavor and nutrition solutions for meat industry applications
- Conduct sensory evaluation and analytical testing to validate product performance and safety
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product application and processing
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to move innovations forward
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure data integrity
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for enhanced efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, food engineering, or related scientific field
- Background in flavor chemistry, product development, or food science application
- Practical laboratory experience with analytical and sensory evaluation methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaborative mindset
