Customer Service Associate – Temporary

You'll operate the cash register with accuracy and care, handle customer transactions smoothly, and create a positive shopping experience that keeps people coming back. Your genuine friendliness and problem-solving mindset will help resolve questions and concerns quickly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Core Duties

• Process customer transactions at the register with accuracy and efficiency
• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance locating products or learning about services
• Answer customer questions about merchandise, policies, and Walgreens services
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional, courteous manner
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and sales floor
• Support store operations and team members as needed during your shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
