Core Duties

• Source and screen candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess fit and generate interest in Guardian Life opportunities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within our recruiting systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach to expand talent networks

Who We're Looking For

• Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related recruiting roles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with candidates at all levels
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and standard office software
• Comfort with data and metrics; ability to analyze sourcing trends and report on recruiting performance
