The Opportunity

As Senior Manager of Technology Operations, you'll take ownership of our Salesforce-centric production environment and the daily execution of critical system processes that keep our organization running smoothly. You'll drive effective technology operations while ensuring team members and end users receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day execution and maintenance of system processes within our Salesforce production environment
• Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to support the organization's technology needs
• Lead and develop a team focused on technology operations and user support
• Collaborate across departments to identify technology challenges and implement effective solutions
• Manage user training and onboarding initiatives to ensure adoption and proficiency across the organization
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize uptime and reliability
• Document processes and maintain knowledge resources for the NAA application ecosystem

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology operations, systems administration, or similar technology leadership role
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration, administration, or platform management
• Strong understanding of production environments, system maintenance, and IT infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience developing and delivering technical training and user support programs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
