About the Role

As PVC Production Supervisor managing our night shift, you'll own all aspects of evening and overnight manufacturing operations. From equipment oversight and team leadership to quality control and safety compliance, your leadership directly impacts production efficiency, worker safety, and product excellence at this full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise production teams during night shift, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and peak performance
• Monitor PVC production equipment and coordinate maintenance to prevent downtime
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing processes
• Track production metrics and quality standards against daily targets
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
• Manage crew scheduling and workflow to meet production demands
• Handle production issues and equipment challenges with decisive problem-solving
• Document shift reports and communicate findings to plant management
