Industry X- MES PAS-X Consultant

Join Accenture as an Industry X- MES PAS-X Consultant in Tarrytown, Travis County. In this full-time position, you'll help leading manufacturers optimize production through manufacturing execution system (MES) implementations and PAS-X solutions that transform operations at scale.

What This Role Involves

As an MES consultant, you'll be at the intersection of manufacturing strategy and technology implementation. You'll work with enterprise clients to assess current production environments, architect scalable PAS-X solutions, and guide organizations through digital transformations that drive measurable improvements in throughput, quality, and compliance. This is hands-on consulting work where your technical expertise directly impacts how the world manufactures tomorrow.

What You'll Do

• Assess current-state manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for MES-driven optimization
• Design and specify PAS-X system configurations aligned with client production objectives
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with operations, IT, and plant leadership stakeholders
• Support implementation planning, project execution, and go-live activities
• Develop training materials and mentor client teams on system functionality and best practices
• Recommend process improvements and automation strategies that maximize system ROI

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline
• 2+ years of manufacturing operations or MES implementation consulting experience
• Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, quality management, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with PAS-X or comparable MES platforms, or demonstrated ability to quickly master new software systems
• Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholder groups
• Willingness to travel to client sites as project work requires
