Join Amazon as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Data Center Supply Solutions in Seattle, King County. You'll take ownership of complex real estate strategy and site optimization across our critical infrastructure footprint, directly enabling the cloud infrastructure that powers global innovation.

About This Position

Amazon's infrastructure backbone depends on strategic real estate decisions that balance cost, capacity, and resilience. In this role, you'll lead portfolio management for data center supply solutions, ensuring our physical infrastructure aligns with customer demand and business objectives. You'll work at the intersection of real estate strategy, site planning, and operational excellence—solving problems that matter at scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute real estate strategies for data center locations, evaluating site viability, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation
  • Manage site selection and acquisition processes, partnering with legal, finance, and operations teams to close critical infrastructure projects
  • Optimize the data center portfolio by analyzing utilization metrics, capacity planning needs, and market conditions across regions
  • Lead stakeholder negotiations with landowners, municipal governments, and internal partners to advance property and supply chain initiatives
  • Monitor market trends in real estate, utilities, and logistics to identify emerging opportunities and risks to our infrastructure supply chain
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure sites meet technical specifications for power, cooling, connectivity, and scalability

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, site development, corporate real estate, or related infrastructure roles
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving acquisitions, partnerships, or site optimization
  • Strong analytical skills: comfort with data, financial modeling, and translating insights into business decisions
  • Experience navigating regulatory environments, zoning, permitting, and government relations
  • Excellent communication abilities—you explain complex real estate and supply chain concepts to technical and executive audiences
  • Familiarity with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale industrial real estate is a plus
