About the Role
As a Residential Aide, you play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, well-organized residential environment. Working under the direction of the program Director, you'll ensure that all operations align with established regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. This full-time position, offered at $21.00 per hour, provides the opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact on the lives of program participants through attentive supervision and consistent care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residential conditions and activities to ensure all safety rules and requirements are consistently followed in accordance with program policy and procedure
- Maintain accurate, timely daily logs documenting program activities, incidents, observations, and participant progress
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the residential space to identify and address potential hazards
- Provide direct supervision and support to program participants throughout the day
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing residential programs
- Communicate effectively with the Director and program staff regarding any concerns or changes in program operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain detailed written records and daily documentation
- Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
- Willingness to work within a team-based residential program environment
