Labor Pool – Pipe Shop

As a Labor Pool team member, you'll be a versatile contributor supporting critical manufacturing operations in a fast-paced pipe shop environment. You'll perform a variety of tasks that require adaptability and a willingness to learn on the job, working alongside experienced teams to keep production on schedule. This role is ideal for someone ready to build hands-on manufacturing experience in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle materials for pipe fabrication and assembly processes
• Support pipe shop operations with material staging, transport, and organization
• Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging tasks on production lines
• Operate equipment safely as directed and maintain tools in proper working condition
• Perform quality inspections and alert supervisors to any defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all facility safety protocols
• Support other departments as manufacturing demands shift throughout the day
• Work toward meeting daily production targets and operational goals

• Physical capability to perform manual labor and stand for extended shifts
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to embrace varied responsibilities
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions with attention to detail
• Flexibility and comfort moving between different departments and tasks as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior manufacturing or labor experience is helpful but not required
