Field Production Manager

Bartlett Roofing, a leading residential and commercial roofing contractor in Spokane, Spokane County, is hiring a Field Production Manager to lead on-site operations and manage production teams across storm damage restoration and roof replacement projects. This is a full-time position where you'll oversee quality, schedules, and customer satisfaction on every job.

What This Role Involves

As Field Production Manager for Bartlett Roofing, you'll direct day-to-day operations on residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the Spokane area. You'll coordinate with homeowners, insurance carriers, and crew members to ensure every storm damage restoration project meets our standards for quality and timeliness. Your leadership will drive the Production Team's efforts to deliver solutions that protect and restore properties damaged by severe weather.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise roofing crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Schedule production timelines and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
• Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards and insurance requirements
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout each project
• Manage equipment, materials, and crew safety protocols on site
• Document project progress and maintain accurate production records
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing roofing or construction production teams
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing practices and insurance claim processes
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate crews in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication abilities with customers, staff, and insurance representatives

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
