Position Summary

The Museum of Fine Arts Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all museum communications and operations. You'll manage the logistical and administrative backbone of exhibitions, special programs, and cultural events while building strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the public. What You'll Do

• Serve as the central point of contact for museum inquiries, scheduling, and visitor communications
• Plan and execute special events, exhibition openings, and cultural programming

• Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors, vendors, and community partners
• Support daily museum operations including visitor services and front-of-house coordination
