About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Human Resources and Culture, you'll provide essential operational support to HR leadership and the Chief of Staff. In this capacity, you'll manage critical administrative functions that enable the Human Resources and Culture department to serve the institution effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage the VP's calendar, meetings, and travel coordination
• Prepare briefing materials and communications for HR leadership
• Support cross-departmental meetings and initiatives involving HR leadership
• Maintain organized systems for department records and documentation
• Facilitate effective communication between HR leadership and staff
• Handle confidential personnel and institutional matters with discretion
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed
• Support HR policy development and implementation efforts

• Demonstrated experience in executive assistance or comparable administrative leadership role
